Mindzet Limited Warranty


The Mindzet Warranty for Professional products lasts 15 days from the date of purchase for electronic products, and accessories What is not covered This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow installation or operating instructions; failure to install products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and codes; accidents; extreme moisture; extreme temperatures; extreme environments; marine environments; installations on watercraft; insects; lightning; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damage caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data; damage caused by improper use with non-Mindzet products; product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications; installation or use of indoor-rated products in indoor water facility areas (including, without limitation, indoor pools, indoor water parks, hot tub rooms, saunas and steam rooms); and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. 

What we will do

During the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, replace or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time free of charge.

What we will not do

Pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to Mindzet, or any import fees duties and taxes. 

Out-of-warranty service

If your product was damaged or your repair isn’t covered by the Mindzet Limited Warranty, you might be able to repair or replace it for an out-of-warranty fee. Some damages aren't eligible for out-of-warranty service at all; for example, if your device broke into multiple pieces or has extensive water damage Mindzet reserves the right to determine whether your product is eligible. Prior to repair service, contact Mindzet to verify if your device is eligible for repair.

Change Terms. Mindzet reserves the right to make changes to this agreement/warranty at any time. By purchasing a Mindzet headset you agree to these terms. 

Cancellation. Upon acceptance of a service order, Mindzet initiates service and consequently a service order may not be cancelled and you cannot withdraw from the contract.

Refunds. Mindzet does not provide refunds for service orders.
